Absolutely! We prefer to connect face-to-face. A meeting is the best way to answer your questions and understand your vision for the project. We value the personal relationships that fuel our work—after all, your project is a big part of our creative journey. Just send us an email with your project details, including your preferred package, dates, location, and a little bit about yourself.

What is the typical delivery time for a cinematic film?
For large-scale projects like ours, the turnaround can vary depending on the scope and complexity. Generally, our full-length films are delivered within 120 days. However, for key deliverables like teasers or short cuts, we aim to have an initial version ready within the first 3 weeks after production. If you need an expedited turnaround, we offer express options to get your film ready within 30 days.

What is the difference between “curated footage” and “raw footage”?

• Curated Footage: This is where we take the most compelling, cinematic shots from the project—color graded, refined, and arranged to tell a powerful story. It includes carefully selected b-roll and key moments, assembled to create a polished film that truly elevates your project.

• Raw Footage: This includes every moment captured during production, unedited and in its original LOG format. While it offers a complete archive of the event, it’s not color graded or refined, and therefore may not look as polished right out of the camera.

Can I pay in instalments?
Absolutely! We normally require a 50% deposit to secure your project, but we understand that flexibility is key. We can work with you to set up a payment plan that fits your needs, whether that means breaking it into several instalments or arranging another plan that makes sense. Just let us know your preference, and we’ll tailor the payment process to be as smooth and stress-free as possible.
